  4. Data responsibility: Data is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for loss of information due to uninstallations, factory resets, or device failures. We recommend making periodic backups.
  5. Intellectual property: The design, code, and name of Notadou are the property of Ody Dev. Reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.
  6. Modifications: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published implies acceptance.
